Hi, I'm Isabella and I am the founder of MindStyle. It is a mindset coaching and marketing consulting company in London. I am an accredited coach and NLP Practitioner with The Coaching Academy with over 10 years' experience in Marketing.

My professional journey

I have a career in Marketing and Public Relations and have spent over 10 years working with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from global grands, high street names, individuals and start-ups.

I specialised in health and wellbeing, which I particularly enjoyed. I helped businesses create and communicate their brand so they could attract their ideal customers.

I became a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. I love learning how people tick!

The change came when I went on a journey of personal discovery and learning while working my 9-5 job. I experienced first hand the invaluable impact of mindset coaching. This passion turned into a part time side hustle for a while and now I do what I love as a full time job.

I’ve watched business owners and teams be inspired and succeed. But, I’ve also seen some struggle and sometimes fail. I believe so much of our success in life and business comes down to our mindset.

At the core of what I do, I support individuals, professionals and entrepreneurs to create lives they love.

For businesses I run workshops and trainings for corporate clients.
